During this workshop we needed to use Arduino as a means to do things in the workshop. We got introduced to different challenges such as setting up programs that have a knight rider theme where the light would change.
This was the first time that I’ve used an Arduino and it took a few to get used to the basics since in the beginning I was behind trying to install the program needed so I missed the positioning where the number corresponding to the micro is to the right of the number not the left so after that I decided to look more into it on the internet to practice some more. I found that helpful since I was building new knowledge about something I’ve never used before but have heard about. The course needing us to buy our own Arduino’s is a push to expand our knowledge at least for me.
I can relate this to learning about the process of mixing and mastering, since you can do a lot of things and sometimes things won’t work but you can make what ever sound you aimed to have with constant work toward seeking that knowledge which is what the Arduino workshop is pushing me to do.
